研究领域

病原识别是免疫应答中的极其重要的事件，若有效识别外源病菌或肿瘤抗原则能产生免疫保护作用，若异常识别自身抗原则又可造成机体组织的免疫损害，直接影响感染性疾病的免疫防治、肿瘤免疫防治、过敏与自身免疫性疾病治疗。此病原识别环节的科学重要性和医药靶标优异性已在CAR-T(通过嵌合抗原受体精准识别病原分子)和TCR-T（通过高亲和T细胞受体特异性识别病原分子）等革命性肿瘤免疫疗法研究上不断凸显。
