研究领域
主要从事孕期外源物(地塞米松、咖啡因、尼古丁、乙醇等)暴露所致肾脏足细胞发育毒性和胎源性肾病发生机制研究。前期工作证实,孕期外源物暴露可导致子代肾脏肾小球硬化易感和足细胞发育毒性,机制与表遗传修饰异常所致子代肾脏及足细胞发育关键基因AT2R、KLF4等低表达编程有关。后期主要关注点是,研究孕期外源物暴露对足细胞发育关键基因表达调控的表遗传机制(组蛋白修饰、DNA甲基化、miRNA调控等)、胎源性肾脏疾病的早期预警及干预靶标。
