个人简介

王建华,男,九三学社社员,生物医学工程专业博士,重庆大学生物工程学院教授,博士生导师,英国剑桥大学化学系访问学者,加拿大卫生部高级研究学者。2012年国家科学技术进步二等奖获得者(排名第二)。重庆市兽药制剂工程研究所所长、重庆市畜牧科学院畜禽疫病与兽药研究所原所长。在长期从事生物医学工程、新药设计与合成、现代制药工程专业理论教学的同时,主要从事生物大分子力学行为、原料药及其中间体的设计与合成、新制剂工艺等研究。近年来发表科学研究论文近50篇,其中SCI、EI检索28篇;申请并获国家发明专利11项、实用专利1项;先后承担国家自然科学基金项目二项、国家科技支撑计划一项、重庆市社会事业与民生保障项目二项、重庆市产学研合作技术创新项目一项、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金一项、重庆市科技攻关计划项目一项、重庆市科学基金二项和其它横向课题;开发并投入工业化生产项目五项;主持新建并通过农业部GMP验收的生产企业一个,指导性开发完成GMP生产批文产品一个。在药物设计领域提出的“中药的西药化理念修饰”和“生物药的化学药理念修饰”等结构拼合型设计理论已被同行广泛认同和重视;近期在国内首倡的“科学引用人药制剂工艺技术提升兽用药制剂工艺品质”和“‘减量增效’--从制剂工艺做起”新理念已得到国内众多兽药研究单位和企业的赞同与响应。
