个人简介

2009年7月,山东大学信息学院光信息科学与技术专业本科毕业;2013年6月,新加坡国立大学物理系物理学专业硕博连读毕业,获博士学位;2013年6月,任新加坡国立大学博士后; 2017年5月,任东南大学物理学院应用物理系教授。主要从事微纳光学、光电子学等研究工作,在低维材料激光微纳改性、低维材料微纳光电子器件和低维材料光致载流子动力学等领域取得了创新性的研究成果,并利用石墨烯、硫化钼、磷烯等二维材料研发了一系列光电器件、热电能源器件、微纳光电材料与芯片,在《Chemical Society Reviews》、《Accounts of Chemical Research》、《Advanced Materials》等刊物上发表了SCI论文六十余篇,研究成果被Science Daily、Nano Werk、R&D Magazine、Science Newline、Phy.org等科学媒体广泛报道。承担或联合承担国家自然科学基金委重大培育项目、青年项目、科技部重点研发项目、江苏省“六大人才高峰”项目等,担任半导体学报青年编委,江苏省青联委员、省青科协理事
