个人简介

1991年考入南京大学物理系,1996年获凝聚态物理专业理学学士学位。2001年于南京大学物理系凝聚态物理专业博士研究生毕业,获理学博士学位,师从都有为院士。先后在中科院物理所北京电镜室,日本名古屋丰田工业大学信息情报记录机能实验室,德国莱比锡大学物理系和德国德累斯顿研究中心从事研究工作。2008年10月到东南大学物理系工作。

研究领域

磁性材料的结构,磁性和输运性质,以及相关的自旋电子学方向的应用,包括稀磁半导体材料和多铁性材料及其相关的自旋电子学器件的研制。近期研究方向还包括新能源材料,包括锂离子电池材料,太阳能电池材料以及光催化材料等。
