个人简介
范吉阳,东南大学物理学院教授,博士生导师,IAAM Fellow。1996年山东大学光学系本科毕业,2001年中国科学院理论物理研究所硕士毕业,2006年南京大学物理系获理学博士学位。多次赴香港城市大学物理系从事合作研究。2012年作为国家公派高级研究学者在美国阿肯色大学物理系从事合作研究。主要研究领域为半导体材料物理和纳米光子学。已在PROG. MATER. SCI.、PHYS. REV. LETT.、NANO LETT.、SMALL、CHEM. MATER.、APPL. PHYS. LETT.、J. PHYS. CHEM. LETT.等期刊上发表七十余篇SCI论文。在德国Springer出版社出版学术专著一部(online download 1.4万余次)。论文和专著已被引用2800余次(Google Scholar),单篇最高引用380余次。为APL、JPCL、ADV. MATER.、JACS等七十余种SCI期刊审稿人。2013年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。作为完成人之一的项目“半导体微纳结构光致发光机制与拉曼散射研究”获2017年度教育部自然科学奖一等奖。作为完成人之一的项目“基于拉曼光谱的多重信息存储和识别器件基础研究”获2021年度江苏省科学技术奖三等奖。
