研究领域

发光与显示 利用胶体半导体量子点,如CdSe、CsPbBr3等,的量子限域效应,开展量子点发光器件(QLEDs)的相关研究。通过对发光器件结构的优化设计,提高发光效率以及铯饱和度。 以QLEDs为基础,通过对增益介质和谐振光腔的设计,探索大面积的薄膜激光器件。 光电探测 除了利用胶体量子点实现电子/空穴对复合发光以外,我们还利用量子点吸收入射光子能量产生光生载流子的特点,研究可全溶液法制备的柔性光电传感器件。同时,利用全溶液法制备量子点光电探测器的特点,探索将紫外、可见光和红外集成的高光谱成像技术。 高能X射线/射线光子探测成像 X射线/射线的数字探测成像(DR)在医学影像占据越来越重要的地位,我们利用钙钛矿晶体很强的X射线/射线光子吸收和转换性能,以及非常优秀的载流子输运性能,发展基于钙钛矿晶体的X射线/射线探测成像器件,希望最终获得低剂量、高分辨率(空间分辨率、时间分辨率和能量分辨率)的成像性能,并在X-CT和PET/CT得以应用。 动态数字光场调控 空间结构光场展现了一系列新颖的物理效应和现象,进一步拓展了激光技术的工程应用领域。针对空间结构光场产生和调控带来的挑战,我们研制超高分辨率硅基液晶动态空间矢量光调制系统(LCoS SLM),结合LCoS SLM 的物理参数,开发快速、准确的计算全息算法,通过本项目研制的超高分辨率LCoS SLM 和数字全息技术对空间光场动态准确操控。
