研究领域

凝聚态物理实验(表面物理、二维材料的生长与表征、低维体系的电子态调控等)。目前主要利用扫描隧道显微镜(STM)和其它电测量手段研究石墨烯及其它二维材料的物理性质。研究内容包括了利用化学气相沉积法(CVD)和分子束外延法(MBE)生长制备石墨烯及类石墨烯等二维材料与结构,同时进一步利用STM、AFM、Raman光谱仪等表征测量手段研究上述材料的物理性质,并对低维表面结构的电子态进行调控。
