个人简介

1982年获湖南农业大学遗传学学士学位。1987年获湖南农业大学遗传学硕士学位。1988年至1992年在美国路易维尔大学生物系读博士研究生，1992年获生物学博士学位。1993年至1997年在哈佛大学医学院丹纳-法布尔癌症研究所（Dana-Farber Cancer Institute）从事博士后研究；1997年至1999年在哈佛大学医学院麻省总医院 (Massachusetts General Hospital) 从事博士后研究；1999年至2000年任麻省总医院助理生物学家 (Assistant Biologist) 。2000年至2004年，在美国德克萨斯农工大学医学院担任助理教授。2004年至2013年，在清华大学生命学院任教授。2015年受聘为湖南大学生物学院教授。教育背景 1982年获湖南农业大学遗传学学士学位 1987年获湖南农业大学遗传学硕士学位 1988年至1992年在美国路易维尔大学生物系读博士研究生，1992年获生物学博士学位

研究领域

我们用模式生物果蝇研究脑发育的细胞和分子调控机制。研究内容包括：(1) 果蝇大脑神经上皮干细胞维持和转化的分子机制； (2) 果蝇大脑神经元多样性产生的机制。
