个人简介

叶茂:博士生导师,化学生物传感与计量学国家重点实验室/湖南大学生物学院/湖南大学分子科学与生物医学实验室教授。2007年-2010年于美国纽约血液中心Lindsley F. Kimball Research Institute (LFKRI)从事博士后研究工作。2013年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。担任湖南省生物化学与分子生物学学会理事、中国转化医学联盟云南省转化医学分会常务委员、全国科学技术名词审定委员会肿瘤学名词编写委员会编委。主持国家自然科学基金、湖南省重点研发计划、湖南省自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金、长沙市科技计划等多项。获得国家授权发明专利五项。发表SCI论文近五十篇,其中第一或通讯作者在PNAS、Trends Biochem Sci、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed、Theranostics、Chemical Science等国际学术期刊上发表SCI论文文章近三十篇。 2009年获得教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖,2010年获得湖南省自然科学一等奖,2017年获得湖南省自然科学二等奖。教育背景 2005年毕业于中南大学湘雅医学院肿瘤研究所,获得医学博士学位。

研究领域

从事肿瘤生物学、抗肿瘤分子靶向治疗、化学生物学等方向的研究工作。研究具体内容以恶性肿瘤细胞增殖、分化、转移、凋亡等生物学行为为切入点,通过分子生物学、基因组学和蛋白质组学的方法和手段,探讨恶性肿瘤发生、发展的分子病理学机制,寻找恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗或预后有指导意义的分子标志物和分子靶标,并借助生物分析和功能纳米材料的方法和手段,开展恶性肿瘤分子成像、分子诊断和分子靶向治疗。
