研究领域

(1)抗菌肽模拟物:以细菌细胞膜靶向、DNA靶向、ROS激发等为主要机理,以组合化学的策略针对不同靶标进行抗菌药物的分子设计,将多重靶向能力集成在单个大分子中,合成大量结构多样化的、可同时靶向多个靶标的抗菌肽模拟物; (2)基于细胞膜靶向的药物联用:利用膜靶向分子增加革兰氏阴性菌外膜的渗透性,从而提高已有抗生素对其的抗菌活性,同时通过分子层面的机理研究,对药物联用协同的机理进行研究。 (3)多靶向偶联抗菌化合物:利用分子建构的手段,将不同靶点的化合物通过连接体进行偶联,期望获得具有增强协同抗菌效果的复合体。
