个人简介

肖加奇,现任齐鲁工业大学二级教授。1984年华东石油学院本科毕业,1994年石油大学博士毕业。1994到1995美国博士后。 1995至2006在美国工作,任职经历科学家、资深科学家、首席科学家和科学顾问。参与开发了贝克休斯公司高精度阵列感应测井仪,主持开发了哈里伯顿公司非对称式阵列感应测井仪。曾连续多年获哈里伯顿公司总裁奖,获1998年国际测井分析家年会论文奖等。所开发的阵列感应仪器得到国际市场的肯定和普遍应用。 2006年回国后,担任中石油长城钻探首席科学家,副院长,天津大学教授;创立了测井技术研究院,总体设计并主持开发了网络化测井系统LEAP800,该测井系统现已在美洲、非洲、中东和中亚市场上应用,打破了西方技术垄断。担任国家十二五“油气重大专项”,“多维电阻率成像测井”课题的课题长。自2014年,带领团队开发了包括世界上最高分辨率的、世界上最小直径的、世界上最短的阵列感应仪器系列;开发的电磁波电阻率随钻测量仪在同类产品中具有独一无二的方便性和低成本性。 科技成果直接创产值累计约30亿元。发表国际论文十几篇、国内论文二十几篇,获授权美国和国际发明专利十几项,获授权国内发明专利三十几项,获各类科技奖多项。全面掌握高精度感应仪器、随钻电阻率仪器理论和核心技术。能够利用声、光、电、核等多领域专业理论,融会机电工程、软件工程、通讯技术、系统工程等多方面知识,总体设计开发中大型仪器设备系统,培养、组织、带领研发团队进行科技攻关。对高新石油钻探、可燃冰智能钻探、医疗设备和放射核素药物具有浓厚兴趣。
