研究领域

新型生物医用高分子的可控制备 通过分子设计合成,实现高分子拓扑结构、生物相容和生物可降解性、环境敏感等性能调控。另外,我们结合基因工程和微生物发酵方法制备具有特殊结构和性能的生物大分子。 药物传递系统的生物制备新技术 我们采用分子生物学和生物工程的方法,构建携带特定药物的细菌或细胞,并借助它们在体内的生物学特征及靶向性,将药物高效输送至病灶部位,实现药物的高效安全输送。 智能仿生材料的生物合成新方法 利用基因工程技术,构筑具有特定功能的生物膜并将其应用于生物材料的表界面修饰,制备具有良好生物相容性和组织兼容性的表界面材料,为药物输送、组织工程等领域提供新材料。 肿瘤的诊断、成像和治疗新策略 设计和制备能针对肿瘤微环境进行特异性响应的诊疗一体化系统,尤其是同时兼具显影和治疗作用的融合蛋白,利用它们在肿瘤部位的敏感行为,发展肿瘤诊断、成像和治疗新策略。
