个人简介
2001年获得中山医科大学医学博士学位。2002-2004年先后在美国麻省新英格兰医疗中心及美国芝加哥西北大学担任博士后及助理研究员,进行有关原癌基因Bmi-1在乳腺癌发生发展中生物学机制及功能的研究。目前为中山大学肿瘤防治中心-华南肿瘤学国家重点实验室独立PI,研究方向为恶性肿瘤的发病机制和早期诊断,包括探讨鼻咽癌源(干)细胞来源、鼻咽癌发生发展的病因病理及鼻咽癌、乳腺癌、食管癌的早期诊断标志物及靶位点,探索表观遗传因子遗传Bmi-1在肿瘤干细胞中的表观调节机制,原癌基因AEG-1诱导肿瘤转移的分子机制等。上述领域的工作已在Journal of clinical investigation, Cancer research, Oncogene, Clinical cancer research等SCI杂志上发表。
