研究领域

主要科研领域与方向: 采用高通量药物筛选平台,生物信息学、基因转录组学、表观遗传组学、CRISPR等技术手段,以细胞、动物及病人样本为材料,开展以表观遗传因子和核受体为靶标的癌症靶向治疗及转化医学研究。1)核受体及表观遗传因子在癌症中的作用机制及细胞信号转导调控;2)以核受体和表观遗传因子为靶点的抗肿瘤药物研究;3)针对耐药性肿瘤的协同药物治疗研究,4)核受体及表观遗传因子对能量代谢的重编程。
