1. 近破坏阈值超快激光与固体物质的相互作用,特别是超快激光在固体表面及内部诱导亚波长结构的现象及其形成机制; 2. 超快激光微纳加工技术及其在光电子及新能源领域的应用; 3. 超快激光诱导固体电离的机制研究; 4. 超快动力学过程成像。
