个人简介

徐康,助理研究员,医学博士。现就职于中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院普外科。

研究领域

主要从事肿瘤与代谢的相关机制研究,已完成的科研工作中以疾病动物模型为主,曾完成肝脏特异性高表达miR-155、miR-21小鼠的构建,并利用这些转基因小鼠进行了相关研究,发现miR-155可通过协同调节胰岛素信号通路相关的多个基因而增强小鼠胰岛素敏感性。
