个人简介
陈样新,副教授,博士,先后于华中科技大学同济医学院(原同济医科大学)、浙江大学及中山大学就读,现为中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院心血管内科博士/硕士生导师,并担任医院心力衰竭专科主任一职。
研究领域
1、明确了C-反应蛋白在促内皮功能障碍及斑块不稳定中的重要作用及其可能机制,同时也对阿托伐他汀改善内皮功能的相关机制进行了初步探讨,证明了血管外膜脂肪组织炎症机制在其中的关键调控作用。 2、对血管新生、内皮间质转化(EndMT)与心室重构的关系和机制进行了探讨,研究了炎症、机械应力等诱导血管内皮发生EndMT,促进心肌和血管重构的现象和机制。
