研究领域

(1) 伴发Castleman瘤的副肿瘤性天疱疮皮肤损伤发病机制研究：该病是一种以体液免疫为主的自身免疫性大疱性皮肤病，以伴发隐匿的良／恶性肿瘤和反复发作的皮肤黏膜损害为特点。 (2) 经皮肤免疫过程中抗原递呈细胞和效应性CD8 T细胞的特点：通过皮肤划痕、皮下/皮内注射等方法，机体能够获得对水痘，乙肝等病原体的免疫力。我们研究发现，真皮中Langerin+细胞是经皮肤免疫的主要抗原递呈细胞；利用灭活霍乱毒素作为免疫佐剂，改进疫苗接种方案，能显著提高效应性CD8 T细胞的数量和功能，获得更强免疫力。(3) 红斑狼疮、银屑病皮肤损伤发生机制研究: 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种以体液免疫为主的自身免疫性疾病，全身组织器官均可受累。
