1.光与新型低维物质相互作用的新奇性质。例如,中远红外及太赫兹脉冲与二维相变材料相互作用等。2.基于二维材料的近红外光电器件。例如,高频红外,太赫兹探测器、光源等。3. 有源光电器件与集成光路的的结合。
