1、 通过实验和理论计算发现通过低价非磁性金属掺杂氧化物半导体可以获得室温铁磁性;
2、 通过实验和理论计算发现通过应力调节半导体材料磁性和光学性能的途径;
3、 通过磁控溅射方法制备出外延氧化物半导体薄膜材料;
4、 通过实验研究发现金属间化合物以及碳纳米管对焊点电迁移可靠性的影响规律。
