半导体光电子器件:主要研究半导体LED和LD光学和电学特性,探究反常物理现象的物理机制。 二维材料及器件:主要研究石墨烯、黒磷等二维材料制备的FET,PN结、异质结等器件的特性。 材料特性计算:第一性原理计算。
