人物经历： 1982年毕业于延安大学物理系，理学学士学位 1987年毕业于江西大学物理系理论物理专业，理学硕士学位 2001年西安电子科技大学理学博士学位 1987年硕士研究生毕业分配到陕西师大工作 1991年任陕西师大讲师 1994年破格晋升为副教授 1998年破格晋升为教授 2000年任博士导师 1995年享受国务院政府特殊津贴 1998年入选陕西师大跨世纪学科带头人 2003年至今任天津大学理学院教授、博士导师科研项目： 1.国家自然科学基金面上项目：幂律分布非平衡等离子体输运系数统计理论（2018.01~2021.12） 2.国家自然科学基金面上项目：幂律分布非平衡系统反应速率统计理论（2012.01~2015.12） 3.国家自然科学基金面上项目：自引力天体物理系统的非广延统计力学研究（2007.01~2009.12） 4.教育部博士点基金项目：幂律分布反应速率理论（2012.01~2014.12）奖励和荣誉：为我国高等教育做出突出贡献的政府特殊津贴专家（国务院1995年）天津市科学技术奖-自然科学奖 (2011年）主讲课程：非平衡态统计物理；现代物理学中的数学方法；大学物理实验
