1995.9~2000.3：北京市，清华大学热能工程系，工程热物理专业博士学位
1991.9~1995.7：南京市，东南大学动力工程系，热能工程专业学士学位
2002.4~今：天津大学环境科学与工程学院，副教授
2000.4~2002.4：东京大学机械工程系，热科学与复杂系统分子动力学实验室，日本学术振兴会外国人博士后特别研究员
主要学术成就、奖励及荣誉：
获‘刘仙洲奖’，‘西门子奖’，‘航天海鹰杯十佳学术新秀’，‘清华大学特等奖’，第五届北京青年科技论文二等奖，第三届全国信息获取与处理学术会议优秀论文三等奖等。
研究项目：
1、2002.4-今：环境科学与工程，复杂系统科学理论，复杂环境系统的非线性问题，沸腾传热的非线性特性。主要承担的研究项目有主要承担的研究项目有‘国家自然科学基金’（No.50406018）（从传递现象的角度探讨分形结构形成的物理机理），‘天津大学留学回国人员启动基金’（No.411703-0101），‘天津大学杰出人才引进基金’（No.W20201），‘教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金’（No.413042）

环境科学与工程，系统科学、非线性科学与复杂系统理论，复杂环境系统的模拟和预测，自然灾害的模拟、预测和控制，环境经济与管理，环境中的传热，热力学和流体力学方面，非线性和非平衡的热力学，能源系统的优化等领域。
