教育及工作经历: 1991.09-1995.07 南开大学生命科学学院,遗传学学士 1995.09-1998.07 南开大学生命科学学院,分子生物学硕士 1998.08-2003.12 加拿大Univ. of Alberta生物科学系,分子生物学与遗传学博士 2004.05-2006.12 瑞典乌姆植物科学研究中心,博士后 2007.08至今 天津大学 近年来主持项目: 1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,2022.01-2025.12,利用微流控平台在单细胞水平上研究植物初生细胞壁的形态建成与分子调控; 2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,2019.01-2022.12,多肽激素与生长素协同调控杨树维管形成层发育的分子机制研究; 3. 国家重点研发计划子课题, 2016.07-2020.12, 林木次生生长的分子调控和环境胁迫机制; 4. 国家重点基础研究发展规划(973)子课题,2012.01-2016.12,木材形成的调控机制研究; 5. 国家高技术研究发展计划(863)子课题,2011.01-2015.12,杨树材性相关基因功能鉴定; 6. 国家自然科学基金面上项目,2015.01-2018.12, BAM介导的CLE-RLK-WOX信号通路对杨树维管形成层活性的调控机制研究。

研究领域

课题组融合环境生态、分子生物学、土壤地质学、精密仪器学等多学科优势,开展多学科融合交叉创新研究。目前研究重点包括生物传感器与植物细胞学研究、生物与生态环境协同演化、生态系统服务功能的形成机理与区域效应等。
