教育经历: 1981年-1985年,东北师范大学生物系,学士,师从张传善教授 1985年-1988年,东北师范大学生物系, 硕士,师从郝水院士(时任正校长) 1985年-1988年,中国科学院遗传研究所,硕士,师从胡含研究员(时任正所长) 1988年-1990年,中国科学院遗传研究所,博士,师从胡含研究员(时任正所长) 1990年-1991年,英国John Innes研究中心剑桥实验室,博士, 师从Prof.CN Law和Prof.JW Snape 科研工作经历: 1991年-1992年,英国Leeds大学,植物基因工程研究中心,访问学者 1992年-1994年,法国农科院,植物分子生物学研究中心,博士后 1994年-2004年,农牧大学,组建植物分子生物学研究室,教授,主任 2004年至今, 天津大学环境科学与工程学院

研究领域

植物耐盐碱基因的研究: 近年来,率领课题组致力于植物耐盐碱基因的研究,课题组整个耐盐碱工程项目团队在耐盐碱方面已经取得了一定程度的研究成果。在模式植物拟南芥中成功获得了耐盐基因AtDREB2A-CA,并在烟草和月季中过量表达该基因,达到了一定的耐盐效果。并从枸杞中克隆了一些新的耐盐基因,构建了枸杞盐胁迫应答转录本表达谱。同时对盐生植物盐角草和碱蓬中克隆了已有的强耐盐基因NHX1进行 DNA shuffling定向进化,获得了较强的新型耐盐基因。 植物基因工程研究:开展了植物转基因工作,采用农杆菌等转基因手段将抗除草剂基因、抗虫基因(Bt)、抗病基因(Pti-5)、β-胡萝卜素合成、耐盐碱基因等7种基因分别转移到玉米、大豆、小麦、水稻、番茄等种植物及酵母中。
