研究领域

1. 多肽/核酸与药物递送:通过多肽、核酸的超分子自组装,合成具有刺激响应、靶向识别特性的纳米材料,用于抗癌/基因药物的靶向递送与高效转染。 2. 超分子手性功能材料:通过超分子自组装,合成稳定的手性聚合物、多孔材料、纳米光学材料,构建其在手性催化、不对称拆分、传感检测等领域的应用。 3. 仿生矿化与仿生催化:以生物小分子为模板,合成多级有序的无机纳米粒子与团簇,构建仿生催化与能源应用体系;基于超分子组装,模拟天然酶的催化活性中心,构建高效、高选择性的人工仿酶。 4. 人工智能与计算机模拟:新型功能多肽、蛋白质的从头设计(De novo Design);超分子自组装体系的模拟构建与组装机理研究(Molecular Dynamics simulations,Docking)。
