生物医药工程： 1）细菌的识别和追踪技术； 2）微生物系统的群体行为及应用（比如biofilm, swarming, fruiting body formation等） 3）基于穿膜肽和抗菌肽的生物材料软物质物理化学： 1）非球形胶体颗粒的引导组装； 2）微流变； 3）软物质技术在生物学中的应用
