研究领域
近年来,以有机半导体材料为主体的有机电子学获得了快速发展和学界广泛的关注,有机电子器件非常适合于大面积、柔性电路的应用场合并且可以实现以印刷方法为主的溶液法加工,大幅降低制造成本。这其中如何实现低能耗、低成本的印刷制造有机电子器件和电路,并同时保持器件的高性能,是重点需要突破的方向。场效应晶体管作为集成电路的基本构成单元,发展印刷制造有机场效应晶体管(Organic field-effect transistor, OFET)及其阵列电路,可满足多种重要的应用需求。具体研究方向如下:
