研究领域

通过非平衡热力学过程来制备、改性、组装纳米结构和器件: 非热激活和热激活下量子点量子阱结构不稳定性; 能量束诱导低维纳米结构在纳米尺寸和纳秒时间尺度上不稳定性和不同低维纳米结构交互作用及焊接; 电子束光刻周期有序低维纳米花样结构; 花样化学气相沉积和花样物理气相沉积制备周期有序低维纳米结构及无机有机纳米球壳复合,探索其可能光电通信和生物化学传感器件应用。
