研究领域

(1)利用单层石墨烯的高电子迁移率和高导电性以及极好的可见光透射率来制造新一代的透明电 极。这种新型电极能够在显示器、有机太阳能电池、触摸屏生产中替代传统上采用的脆弱的铟锡氧化物(ITO)电极。另一个出发点是利用石墨烯的高比表面积, 构筑新型的超级电容(ultracapacitor),并进一步把它拓展到混合型锂离子电池和燃料电池。(2)在已经成功制备的大面积(厘米尺寸)单层石墨烯的基础上,开展利用石墨烯做场效应晶体管(FET),传感器件的研究,并希望实现器件的大规模集成化。
