Dr. Richeson’s team designs, synthesizes, and explores the reactivity of inorganic and organometallic complexes with the goals of: (1) discovering novel catalytic and stoichiometric chemical transformations and (2) employing these complexes as molecular precursors in non-traditional routes to solid state materials.
