研究领域

I am interested in the development of scientists from novice through to expert, with a particular focus on the development of undergraduate chemists. This work builds upon my recent projects developing a theoretical foundation for the process that occurs when people are actively involved in doing science, understanding the nature and impact of undergraduate research experiences, and investigating teacher understanding and practice of science teaching. I am now exploring the use of eye-tracking to measure cognitive processing by chemistry students.
