个人简介

研究领域

主要从事心血管生物材料研究,包括血管组织工程和缺血性疾病治疗。围绕“血管组织修复再生和血管稳态调控”关键科学问题,利用工程材料科学、化学生物学等新技术、新方法,开展交叉研究。目前,成功制备了具有微/纳米复合纤维结构的人工血管,解决了“细胞化”困难的瓶颈问题。其可通过递送重要血管活性物质诱导血管干/祖细胞的迁移和分化,并首次提出了新型细胞因子Dkk3诱导血管祖细胞迁移的分子机制。发展了一氧化氮的精准递送系统,实现其“定量(可控)释放”和“定点(靶向)”传输,从而有效促进血管新生,成功用于缺血疾病的治疗。
