个人简介

李明刚博士,男,1959年出生,汉族,山东省高密市人,南开大学遗传学与细胞生物学第一任系主任,生命科学学院教授,分子生物学博士生导师,天津市遗传学会理事长。1981年12月毕业于延边大学农学院,获农学学士学位。1984年12月毕业于东北农业大学,获农学硕士学位。1992-1997年赴日本东京大学和北海道大学攻读博士学位和博士后,1997年3月归国。 李明刚博士在植物及微生物分子生物学、基因工程、分子遗传学等领域具有较深造诣,发表SCI收录论文20多篇,共发表论文100多篇,获国家发明专利三项。出版了《植物基因操作原理与技术》(全书53.3万字,天津科技出版社)、《真核基因表达调控》(76万字,科学出版社),GeneⅦ中译本》电子版(150万字,生物信息网),《高级分子遗传学》(140万字,科学出版社出版,优秀研究生教材)等专著。主讲博士和硕士研究生“高级分子遗传学”(南开大学精品课)、“植物基因操作原理与技术”和本科“遗传学”等课程。主持完成“863”、国家转基因研究与产业化专项和天津市重点攻关等多项科研项目,并取得多项成果。 教育经历 1981年12月毕业于延边大学农学院,获农学学士学位。1984年12月毕业于东北农业大学,获农学硕士学位。1992-1997年赴日本东京大学和北海道大学攻读博士学位和博士后,1997年3月归国。 工作经历 曾任贵州大学、烟台大学、天津师范大学教授,2000年至今任南开大学教授。

研究领域

(1)糖尿病发病机制及其新药研发;(2)产胰岛素和促胰岛素转基因植物研究;(3)环境有好型生物能源研究等。
