个人简介

简 介 2000年考入山东农业大学动物科技学院,2004年考入山西农业大学动物科技学院(导师:董常生教授),2005年来到中国科学院生物物理所进行联合培养(导师:阎锡蕴院士),2007年考入中国科学院理化技术研究所(导师:唐芳琼研究员)。2010年博士毕业之后,分别在美国国立卫生研究院(NIH,导师:陈小元高级研究员)和约翰霍普金斯(Johns Hopkins,导师:Justin Hanes教授)大学从事博士后研究工作。2018年3月加入南开大学,双聘于生命科学学院和药物化学生物学国家重点实验室。至目前为止已发表SCI研究论文共计40余篇,论文他人引用累计2600余次,H-index为28。其中以第一/通讯作者发表论文19篇,包括PNAS、Nature Protocols、J Am Chem Soc、ACS Nano、Angewandte Chemie、Biomaterials和Theranostics等,平均单篇被引用80余次。

研究领域

主要研究内容涉及纳米医学、影像学、组织工程、药剂学和毒理学等多学科前沿交叉领域。重点是通过探索纳米尺度颗粒与各级生命体相互作用机理,以及纳米尺度颗粒是否以及如何穿透各种生理/病理屏障,来指导设计纳米药物应用于两方面:(1)肿瘤的诊断和治疗;(2)再生医学组织工程。
