1999.09-2009.09 南开大学微电子与固体电子学专业 本科+博士; 2007.09-2008.09 德国Marburg大学物理系 访问博士; 2009.07- 至今 南开大学微电子系 任教 2015.11-2016.11 德国Marburg大学物理系 访问学者;

研究领域

(1) 纳米传感器及其集成系统研究: 通过物理与化学方法的结合,基于各种纳米材料特殊的光学与电学性质研制出新型纳米传感器。主要研究其传感机理、优化传感结构、完善制作工艺、开展多通道生化传感应用。 (2) 半导体传感器及其集成系统研究: 基于微电子技术与IC设计,研究以MIS结构为主要平台的各种半导体微/纳米传感器(如ISFET等)及其集成系统,包括器件模型仿真、制作工艺优化、相关电路设计、与纳米材料结合的低功耗生化传感应用等。 (3) 低功耗、便携式、智能传感平台: 将传感器测量电路、单片机、通讯电路(BLE/NB-IOT等)、电源控制等可复用模块构成低功耗、便携式、智能硬件平台。可与手机直接完成通讯,可通过APP进行数据处理与复杂控制。通过集成不同的低功耗传感器,可完成水质监测、停车位控制、塑料分选、人体健康监测等多种物联网应用。 (4) 多传感器集成的硬件系统研究: 可完成多点多参数传感信号采集与处理的硬件系统。包括多种传感器的集成硬件系统用于多传感参数的实时测量;微/纳传感器与各种光学仪器(如显微镜等)联动研制成高集成度的生化传感检测设备;通过改造手机自带的多种传感器来实现集成化和微型化的生化传感器等。 (5) 多传感信号处理的软件系统研究: 基于人工智能算法来完成多传感信号特征提取、数据融合、信息预测等智能功能的软件系统。 (6) 生物芯片研究: 基于MEMS工艺、微电子技术及印刷电子技术,研制出新型的微流控芯片。将微流控芯片与微/纳生化传感器结合构成集成化的生物芯片。
