个人简介

Dr. Zuo received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering in 2003 from Northeastern University (Boston Massachusetts USA) and B.S. degree in 1996 from Tsinghua University (Peiking China). Before he was appointed Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering by Nankai University, he was Visiting Associate Research Scientist at Northeastern University. He maintains an active research since 1998, while involving multiple research projects on magnetism, magnetic materials and related microwave applications funded by NFS (National Science Fundation) and ONR (Office of Naval Research). He is currently working on functional materials (inluding high-Tc superconductor, ferrite and ferroelectrics), related microwave applicaitons and first principle study of the materials. He published 29 technical articles on peer-reviewed journals, including IEEE Transaction on Magnetics and Journal of Applied Physics, where he also served as an active referee. He is member of IEEE and IEEE magnetics society.
