个人简介
陈晓原, 南京大学副教授。98年于南京大学物理系获凝聚态物理博士学位。2000年起为南京大学材料科学与工程系副教授。2000年及2001年在香港理工大学短期从事Si基外延氧化物薄膜的研究。2002到2003年在法国Maine大学从事湿化学及磁控溅射制备快离子导体La2Mo2O9的研究。2004年以来,讲授研究生基础课:材料性质。研究方面,2006年以前主要研究脉冲激光沉积的机制及用此法制备氧化物薄膜,近十年来研究了液体中激光材料处理的技术,发展了一种新的溶液化学方法制备氧化物薄膜。先后主持自然科学基金青年项目一项及面上项目一项,参与重点及面上项目多项。
