The Petros' research group is geared toward understanding the impact of nano-topography and surface chemistry at the biotic/abiotic interface. The primary goal is translational research that leads to the design of new materials/carriers for targeted drug delivery and new tools to dictate events occurring at the surface of circulating/implantable biomaterials.
