1. 菌根学方向 (Mycorrhizal Symbiosis)Ø 1)植物主要依靠哪些基因调控与菌根真菌的共生关系; 2)这些基因及所在基因家族在不同类群植物(如豆科植物苜蓿,茄科植物西红柿,单子叶禾本科植物水稻)中的保存特点和功能分化机制,以及对植物重要形态/生理性状的影响; 3)保守型小RNA在植物菌根共生过程中所扮演的角色及调控机制。 Ø2. 植物-病原相互作用方向 (Plant-pathogen interaction) Ø1)植物中最大的一类抗病基因(NBS-LRR类R基因)在不同类群植物中的保存与分化特征; 2)大豆抗花叶病毒病功能基因(Rsv基因)的定位与转基因功能验证; 3)复合R基因位点中多个成员协同对抗不同病原的多功能化机制。
