2010.10-现在:南京大学 电子科学与工程学院,副教授,博导,从事教学和科研工作。 2013-2015:澳大利亚国立大学 电子材料工程系,DECRA Fellow。 2007-2010:新加坡科研局微电子研究院,高级研究工程师(Senior Research Engineer)。 2002.9-2007.6:南京大学物理系 凝聚态物理专业学习,获博士学位。 1998.9-2002.6:南京大学物理系 晶体物理与材料专业学习,获学士学位。

研究领域:光电子学。 研究方向:微纳光子学结构;半导体光电器件和电力电子器件。
