个人简介
2002年毕业于南京大学电子科学与工程系无线电物理专业,同年留校任教,2013年被评为南京大学电子科学与工程学院副教授。长期从事超导薄膜材料及器件的研究和教学工作,主要研究方向为太赫兹探测器和超导单光子探测器。发表SCI论文20余篇,申请发明专利10余项,其中授权专利5项。主持自然基金委青年基金、面上基金和军口863课题各1项,作为骨干参加自然基金委重大仪器专项,军口973,863等国家级项目10余项。
研究领域
超导电子学,太赫兹电子学,目前主要研究领域为超导纳米薄膜制备及表征、超导纳米线单光子探测器、太赫兹探测器和微纳加工技术等。
