个人简介

邢钟文,教授, 2008年在美国Houston大学物理系, TEXAS先进材料中心获博士学位,师从Prof. Alex Ignatiev。 2009年任南京大学材料系副教授,2010年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,2016年任南京大学电子科学与工程学院教授。长期从事新型超导薄膜材料,低维存储功能材料领域的研究,主要致力于薄膜材料的超导性质和机理研究,以及对功能材料器件的性能开发。主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目,江苏省自然科学基金面上项目,并参加了多项国家重大科学研究计划和国家自然科学基金的重点项目,已发表SCI学术论文四十多篇,包括以第一或通讯作者发表在Advanced Materials, Applied Physics Letters, Physical Review B, 和Scientific Reports等学术期刊上。
