I have served in a variety of administrative positions and after 15 years as Dean of the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, I returned to the Department of Biology where I am focusing on innovative methods of teaching Genetics and Evolution as a means of increasing and retaining the number and diversity of students going into careers in the biological sciences.
