研究领域

量子材料和量子器件,长期从事复杂氧化物的表面、界面和空间束缚下新物性的研究。系统性地研究了复杂氧化物的电子相分离现象,取得了一系列原创性的成果:在国家重大科研仪器研制项目支持下,发展了复杂氧化物制备和自旋表征的高精尖仪器并实现了产业化,包括无液氦自旋极化扫描隧道显微镜和磁交换力显微镜,工业级大尺寸脉冲激光分子束外延;通过单原子精度的超晶格薄膜解决了困惑凝聚态物理界近二十年的庞磁阻锰氧化物电子相分离的物理起源问题;在实现电子相分离人工调控的基础上,制备了存算一体、神经形态计算等新型信息器件
