研究领域

拓扑狄拉克材料的生长、量子调控以及新型二维原子晶体的器件研究。在狄拉克材料方面致力于新型量子材料的生长、物性测量以及量子器件的制备与表征。在二维材料的器件方面主要研究其电学、磁学和光电特性。目前工作重点是新型狄拉克材料的生长、量子调控以及新型二维原子晶体的器件研究
