个人简介

沈健,1968年生,物理学系“浩清”特聘教授、博士生导师。1996年在德国马普微结构所获博士学位。1998至2004年任美国橡树国家试验室研究员,2004年晋升为美国橡树国家试验室资深研究员、美国橡树国家试验室材料部低维物理研究组组长。2009年加盟复旦大学物理系并获聘“浩清教授”,2010至2020年担任复旦大学物理系系主任。现任复旦应用表面物理国家重点实验室主任,复旦微纳电子器件与量子计算机研究院院长,中国物理学会磁学分委会主任。 沈健曾任美国真空学会磁学部主席,美国真空学会东田分会主席,2012年在温哥华举行的国际应用磁学大会主席。在包括APS、MRS、AVS、MMM、Intermag等重大国际会议上做邀请报告130余次。在SCI杂志上发表论文160余篇, Google Scholar引用~7000次。主要学术成就包括:1)实验上确立了一维磁性体系的本征磁性为超顺磁;2)通过调控复杂氧化物掺杂原子的空间分布,理解了电子相分离的物理起因,并应用于新型自旋电子器件领域;3)研制出了具有原子级空间分辨和百飞秒超快时间分辨的无液氦消耗极低温自旋分辨扫描探针显微系统。 沈健因对二维磁性超薄膜中结构与磁性的关联效应的研究,获得了1996 年德国马普学会的Otto-Hahn 奖章;他在实验上系统地研究了维度对磁性的影响,获得了中国基金委杰出青年基金(B类,2002),美国总统青年科技奖(2003,美国政府给予青年科学家的最高奖励)和美国能源部杰出青年科学家奖(2003)等奖励。因在有机自旋电子器件的磁阻调控方面取得的重要研究成果,受邀在2012 年美国物理学会年会的McGroddy Prize, Adler Lectureship and Pake Prize的颁奖会上做了报告。2011 年,由于对低维磁性和复杂氧化物磁性的创新性研究,入选美国物理学会会士(APS Fellow)。
