陆昉 - 复旦大学 - 物理学系

个人简介

1979年毕业于复旦大学物理系，1982年研究生毕业于物理系微电子专业并获硕士学位，同年留校任教至今。1995年获复旦大学凝聚态物理专业理学博士学位。1999年晋升为教授。1986-1988年在美国纽约州立大学奥尔巴尼分校做访问学者，1996-1998年在日本东北大学金属材料研究所从事科研工作。曾任复旦大学物理系系主任、教务处处长、校长助理。2010年4月起任复旦大学副校长。上海市物理学会副理事长,教育部学科发展与专业设置专家委员会成员, 全国高等教育质量监控与评估机构协作会常务理事。获上海市第八届十大科技精英，上海市劳动模范（2007年），全国五一劳动奖章（2007年）。

研究领域

主要研究领域为半导体物理,具体研究方向为半导体材料中的深能级缺陷以及半导体异质结、量子阱、超晶格结构等低维半导体材料的物理特性等
