个人简介

包文中现任上海复旦大学微电子学院研究员,博士生导师。本科毕业于南京大学物理系,博士毕业于美国加州大学河滨分校,之后在马里兰大学从事博士后研究。近年来主要致力于晶圆级二维材料的集成工艺开发,在此基础上构筑二维新结构新原理的原型器件,以此推动二维半导体材料的未来实际应用。在基础科学和工程应用领域已发表英文论文130余篇,总引用三万余次,入选科睿唯安2018年全球高被引研究者。2015年入选中组部高层次引进人才计划、上海市高层次引进人才计划。曾获吴健雄奖学金、2012年国家优秀自费留学生奖学金、2015年国际物理纯粹与应用学会(IUPAP)青年科学家奖,以及2017年的求是基金会杰出青年学者。目前为国家科技部重点研发项目、上海市科委重大项目、国家基金委面上等多个项目的负责人。 教育背景 2006年09月-2011年11月加州大学河滨分校,物理系,博士 2002年09月-2006年06月南京大学,物理学,学士 学术经历 2015年07月-至今复旦大学,微电子学院,研究员,博士生导师 2011年11月-2015年06月马里兰大学,物理系和材料能源系,博士后 荣誉称号 求是杰出青年学者奖,2017 国际纯粹应用物理学会(IUPAP)青年科学家奖(C10),2016 中国政府海外优秀留学生奖学金,2012 “吴健雄-袁家骝”奖学金,南京大学,2005
